UPDATING OUR PRIVACY POLICY ON PERSONAL DATA

The EU RGPD regulation on the protection of personal data comes into force on May 25, 2018.

EURL “AU VAL MAJOUR” provides sufficient guarantees for the implementation of technical and organizational measures to meet the requirements of the RGPD regulation.

You will find below an update of the general conditions of sale which explains these guarantees in particular as regards safety.

The information collected by EURL AU VAL MAJOUR is stored in a computerized file and / or kept in paper form.

ARTICLE 1: Data Processing

The collected personal data processed are: Name / First name / Email / Telephone / Addresses / function / date and place of birth / Identification information / civil status / Bank detail.

ARTICLE 2: Purposes of the data

These data are mainly processed for the following purposes:

For guests, hotel guests and suppliers:

• The administrative, commercial, accounting and financial management of our activity.

For employees:

• Administrative social accounting and legal management.

• Recruitment management

ARTICLE 3: Data Retention

Personal data are kept in paper and computer form during the statutory periods of retention indicated below or for the period necessary for the reasons for which they were collected.

The archive retention period for personnel management:

The times are minimum durations corresponding to the period during which the administration may carry out checks.

• For clients, hosts and their representatives: The accounting firm.

• For employees: The accounting firm, the law firm, the social, provident and tax organizations.

• For suppliers: The accounting firm, our suppliers.

ARTICLE 5: Security and exploitation of data

We host personal data at data hosts or on a secure local server that complies with current legislation and also share this data with certain providers acting on our behalf. If these providers have access to personal data they will comply with the legislation in force regarding the protection of personal data and or our Terms and Conditions. Software used for the processing of sensitive or personal data complies with the legislation in force.

 

RIGHT OF ACCESS: Everyone has the right to obtain a copy of the personal data that we hold about him.

RIGHT OF CORRECTION: Everyone has the right to rectify their personal data if they are incorrect

RIGHT TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT: Everyone has the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL if they have concerns about the way we process their personal data.
